Shopping information


Here are a few details:
- The Flea Market will be open to shoppers at 8 AM
- Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be available for purchase.
- Funds raised from the sale of vendor spaces, food, and treats will be going to HSFUMC Youth to help pay for their summer mission trip to Louisville, KY this July.

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following regulations:

  1. I agree to set up and take down my own table(s) and chair(s) and clean the space I use at the end of the day. Please DO NOT leave anything at your space when you leave. Any trash you have must leave with you.  The Dumpster is for church use only.

  2. I agree that First United Methodist Church of High Springs will not be held responsible for any personal injury or loss, or for damage of goods.

  3. I agree that First United Methodist Church of High Springs reserves the right to disallow any material or goods considered by the Flea Market Committee to be objectionable for sale on church grounds.

  4. PLEASE NOTE:


      • Check in begins at 6:00 AM. Vendor entry is on the *EASTside of the building. **The west driveway will be for customer parking**. Once checked in, you may proceed to your reserved space(s).

      • Your vehicle must be unloaded and parked in the vendor parking area by 7:45 AM. If you are keeping your vehicle with you, it MUST fit completely within your designated space(s). For the safety of our volunteers and customers, vehicles will not be permitted to move about in the Flea Market area between 7:45 AM and 1:00 PM. If a customer needs to load a large item, please speak with a volunteer to make arrangements.

      • Space(s) will not be reserved without your signed Release of Liability form and payment. Your accepted payment and registration is your commitment to our flea market and no refund will be given for cancellation by you or for adverse weather.

      • Please refrain from selling food or drinks as we will be offering breakfast, lunch, and treats. Funds raised from concessions go toward our summer mission trip for our youth. Exceptions include breads, honey, and canned items.

      • We do not offer tables, chairs, tents, or power outlets. All setup materials are to be supplied be the vendor. 



 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Please note: spaces 44 and 45 are equivalent to three spaces and are priced as such. 
Spaces marked with a "/" are reserved. While we do our best to update the map as soon as spaces are reserved, there may be a delay during the weekend.






 
If renting more than one space, please use commas to separate numbers in the text box. (Example: 1,2 or 22,31)
Please do not put the same space numbers as both your 1st and 2nd choices. The 2nd choice is used in the event that your first choice is not available. Spaces are first come, first served and someone may have reserved spaces which are not yet marked on the map.
